Epitril is an Indian brand name for Clonazepam which is in a class of medications called benzodiazepines.
Clonazepam is used alone or in combination with other medications to control certain types of seizures. It is also used to relieve panic attacks
(sudden, unexpected attacks of extreme fear and worry about these attacks). It works by decreasing
abnormal electrical activity in the brain. Clonazepam may cause side effects.


Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do
not go away:- drowsiness, dizziness, unsteadiness, problems with coordination, difficulty thinking or
remembering, increased saliva, muscle or joint pain, frequent urination, blurred vision, changes
in sex drive or ability.

Some side effects can be
serious. The following side effects should be immediately reported to your doctor – rash, hives,
swelling of the eyes, face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing or swallowing, hoarseness.


Nexito Plus is an Indian brand name for Escitalopram which is a type of antidepressant known as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Medicines and their possible side effects can affect individual people in different ways.

appetite. Difficulty in sleeping (insomnia). Sleepiness (somnolence). Dizziness. Sexual problems. Inflammation of the sinuses (sinusitis). Increased sweating. Disturbances of the gut such
as diarrhoea, constipation, nausea. Fatigue. Fever (pyrexia). Alteration in taste. Confusion. Shaking, usually of the hands (tremor). Visual disturbances. Seizures. Nervousness or anxiety. Agitation. Pain in the muscles and joints. Rash or itching. For your information, there are known interactions between your two selected drugs:- Central
nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that
cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients. During concomitant use of these drugs, patients should be monitored for
potentially excessive or prolonged CNS and respiratory depression.

Ambulatory patients
should be counselled to avoid hazardous activities requiring mental alertness and motor coordination
until they know how these agents affect them, and to notify their physician if they experience
excessive or prolonged CNS effects that interfere with their normal activities.
