Eating a low-carb diet and getting quality sleep helps with it, but doesn’t completely eliminate it.

It’s natural for humans to become tired after eating. It has to do with the parasympathetic nervous system which tells the body that it’s time to “rest and digest”. This can be a problem, especially for people who work desk jobs. If you work while standing up and moving around then this shouldn’t be as big of a problem.
