The leaves of the tulsi plant with medicinal properties
important actions- adaptogen – substance that aids the body to
adapt to stress.
Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with
some water about three to four times every day. This will help the ulcers go away faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence.

A popular vegetable in India, this tinygourd can now be found in Indianmarkets in California and elsewhere.
Here it is always sold green, looking very much like a tiny cucumber, but in India it is also
