അതില്ലാ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ കുരുടൻ ആനയെ കാണുന്നത് പോലെ എന്നത് പോലെ ശരിയായ ശാസ്ത്ര ബോധമില്ല എന്ന് ധരിക്കേണ്ടി വരും.

അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് മതിയായ ചൂട് ജലം വായു മറ്റ് ഘടകങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ഒര് നിശ്ചിത അനുപാതത്തിൽ ജീവനുല്ഭവിക്കുന്നതിന് കാരണമായ തരത്തിൽ ഒത്തൊരു ച്ച് വന്നത്.

തായ്ചി മൂവിങ്ങ് മെഡിറ്റേഷൻ ആണ്.. സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ തിരമാലപോലെ ഒന്നിനുപുറകെ ഒന്നെന്ന പോലെ ഒഴുകുന്ന ചലനങ്ങൾ.. പ്രകൃതിയ്ക്  ഒരു  താളവും സംഗീതവും ചലനവുമുണ്ട്.. തായ്ചി പ്രാക്ടീസ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ശരീരം മനസ്സും പോകുന്നത് നമ്മുടെ ചലനത്തിനനുസരിച്ച് അല്ല.. പ്രകൃതിയുടെ സംഗീതത്തെ അറിഞ്ഞ് അതിന്റെ താളത്തിനൊത്ത് നാം സഞ്ചരിക്കുകയാണ് തായ്ചിയിലൂടെ  ചെയ്യുന്നത്.. പ്രകൃതിയുടെ ശ്വാസഗതിയെ മനസ്സിലാക്കി അതിൽ നാം ലയിക്കുക..പ്രകൃതിയുടെ ശ്വാസഗതിക്കൊത്ത് നാം സഞ്ചരിക്കുക.. ഒരു കാറ്റുവരുമ്പോൾ കടൽത്തീരത്ത് നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ  കാട്ടിലൂടെ നടക്കുമ്പോൾ പ്രകൃതിയുടെ ശ്വാസത്തെ അറിഞ്ഞ് പ്രകൃതിയുടെ സംഗീതത്തിലൂടെ നമുക്ക് ശരീരം ചലിപ്പിക്കാനാകണം.. പ്രകൃതിയ്ക് വിരുദ്ധമായി പോകാതെ പ്രകൃതിയിൽ ലയിച്ച്  പ്രകൃതിയായി മാറാനാകണം..അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ആണ് മറ്റ് മാര്ഷൽ ഫോമുകളെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് തായ്ചി പ്രാക്ടീസ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ക്ഷീണം അനുഭവപ്പെടാത്തത്. വായുവിന്റെ ചലനവ്യതിയാനം അല്ലെ ഗതിയെ മനസ്സിലാക്കാനാകുന്ന മറ്റൊരു ഫോം ഇതുപോലെ ഉണ്ടോയെന്ന് സംശയം.  വിരുദ്ധദിശകളിലേക്ക് ഒരെ സമയം ശരീരം ചലിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനൊപ്പം തന്നെ കയ്യും കാലും കണ്ണും ഒരെ സമയം കോര്ഡിനേറ്റ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടിവരുന്നതിനാൽ സാമാന്യത്തിലധികം കോണ്സന്ട്രേഷൻ സ്വയം തന്നെ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു എന്ന ഗുണവുമുണ്ട് ..  എല്ലാത്തിൽ നിന്നും വിട്ടു മനസ്സിനെ ശൂന്യമാക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവുണ്ടാക്കുക അതാണ് തായ്ചിയുടെ വിജയം. എനര്ജി എന്നത് ഉണ്ടാക്കാനുള്ളതല്ല കാരണം പ്രകൃതി എന്നത് നമ്മിൽ തന്നെയുണ്ട്.. ആകെ വേണ്ടത് അതിനെ മനസ്സിലാക്കുക.. പ്രകൃതിയെന്തെന്ന് അനുഭവിത്തിലൂടെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്ന   ഇത്രയധികം ശരീരത്തിന് എനര്ജി തരുന്ന മറ്റൊരു ഫോമുണ്ടോ എന്ന് സംശയം.. ഒരു പക്ഷെ എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തില് ഇത്രയധികം സ്വാധീനിച്ച മറ്റൊന്നുണ്ടോ എന്ന് സംശയം..

Unloading Your Pressure Baggage

On a spiritual level, pressure can be defined as an external force acting on us divided by our ability to bear the force or resist it. Thus, force and resistance capacity are two variants in the equation of pressure. Everyone has different resistance capacities.Two people with different resistance capacities will experience different amounts of pressure on being subjected to the same magnitude of force.  A feeling of pressure absorbs our freedom and gives us an experience of being ruled by an external entity. There are a lot of people who hold the belief that they can experience freedom only in the absence of an external force, which is almost impossible, since there is almost some force or the other exerted on the soul by ups and downs that takes place in the role that it plays through the physical body; which includes the physical body itself; profession; family; wealth, all types of relationships, etc. Even our own personality, thoughts, feelings, emotions etc. exert pressure on us at times.    

 

Apart from the resistance capacity, the other variant in the equation of pressure is not only force but our perception of what the magnitude of the force is. This depends primarily on the beliefs that we carry. Two people will perceive the same situation in their role (as explained above) as forces of different magnitudes. While we hold the belief that life events, people and their expectations from us, are the forces that are the causes of our pressure, we will be able to do little to change the habit of being pressurized. It is we who pressurize ourself and allow the outside to pressurize us. We can either go through our life journey while experiencing feelings of being emotionally imprisoned, confused, rushed and hurried, or we can do the same with the power of faith and determination, at the same time maintaining patience and maintaining our inner emotional stability. In some cases, some of us put pressure on ourselves, because we carry the belief that a bit of pressure is good in order to achieve what we want; it provides us with positive energy and motivates us. So this is an example of perceiving a force in our life, a force which does not exist. Such kind of pressure can deceive us and give us a feeling of being beneficial in the short term but it can have harmful effects on us in the long term. Some others might not experience this pressure because they do not carry this belief at all and don’t invite this force.

·         Provided a laptop and a monetary assistance of Rs.10000 for six months to a polio affect young man who cleared his CA final in the year January, 2012.

·         With the support of Dr. Peter, Delhi, facilitated FREE heart surgery for two kids from economically disadvantaged class.

·         Provided customized Gearless Scooters to two physically challenged persons

·         Providing monthly allowance of Rs.5000 per month to a Cancer patient who also lost one of his legs to the disease.

·         Facilitated eye replacement of a 3 month old girl child from economically disadvantaged class.

·         52 underprivileged children are receiving Educational Scholarship for the last three eyars and shall continue to receive till they pass out Class XII

Maintenance allowance @Rs.3000 p.m. to 3 orphan girlsMaintenance allowance @Rs.3000 to a poor family having 5 blind people.Gift of Vision – Vision Restoration Surgeries to 50 Poor Blind Children from each district. The deserving poor children will be identified by a team chaired by the respective District Collectors. Gift of Vision, Gujarat – 150 eye operations done so far.

What we believe becomes reality. It has been said that faith can move mountains.

The highest mountains are our negative thoughts, feelings and ideas, which block our capacity to rise beyond our limits.

 

Faith is the energy of understanding that enables us to realize anything is possible even if it is not visible in front of our eyes.

 

The success that comes from faith is closely linked with ‘letting go’. It is only when we let go of what we are used to, or what we have learnt to depend on, that new perceptions and new possibilities will present themselves to us.

 

All that is needed are a few basic facts and then we can take action. When we drive a car, do we insist on knowing how the engine works in detail before driving it? Do we know the mechanical details of a lift before we use it? Most people are only aware of the basic functions and this is all they need to carry out the action. However, they do have the faith that the car has been correctly constructed to do its job safely and that by pressing a few buttons the lift will raise them to wherever it is they want to go. In the modern life-style, there is a tendency to over-think, to want to control and direct every outcome, but such a life lacks spontaneity and simplicity.

 

Although we do need a framework, it must be flexible enough to allow space for the unexpected, the unpredictable and the great surprise. Such a space is the window through which the light of innovation can enter. When life is over-planned, we become cemented in, unable to grow, or flow, into new horizons. Faith allows us to realize that optimum results can happen without always having to structure or plan. Such faith is the basis for new vision and allows us to reach beyond our limits; because we believe we are more than what meets the eye. Such faith is the inspirational energy of every pioneer in whatever field.

It is one of the three municipalities of Kasaragod district, the other two being Kasaragod and Kanhangad. Nileshwar is the third major town in kasargod district.
